Need to find the latest version of a document? No Problem!

When dealing with tasks related to contract negotiations or project plans, we often end up with multiple versions of the same document. The final version is born out of the discussions in the task comments, leaving behind a history of versions, each with its own revisions and comments.
These histories can be inconvenient for those who have to sign off on the final versions. Management doesn’t have the time to search through the task to find the latest version among the similarly named mass.

Automatically turn incoming email messages into Papirus tasks

Your company probably has tasks that are initiated by email messages from clients. These might be tech support questions, sales department inquiries, repair requests or something else. Usually such messages are dealt with manually: an employee checks email and creates Papirus tasks. Now there is a way to simplify this process and reduce response time.

Papirus can check your email and immediately turn messages into tasks, transferring the contents of the email as well as any attached files. Moreover, you can reply right from Papirus: the client will receive your comments in the form of an email message.
